Thank you Baptist Men for building the ramp at the Forman House for
Joseph Forman. Thank you for even cutting down a tree that
was in the way of the ramp.
Joseph was able to use the ramp twice before he died. Once he used the ramp with his
wheelchair to go to a Doctor's appointment. Another time he used the ramp by walking and holding onto the handrail to go to the Pharmacy with Elaine.
Thank you so much. Your kindness and sacrifice is truly appreciated.
God bless these good men who share their time and their talents.

Salute to Baptist Men helping at the Forman House

Five of the Bethesda Baptist men visited the Forman house and built
a ramp in a day for Joseph Forman. The men are Jerry Gilmore, Charles Wilson,
Lehman Godwin, Bob Jones and Jimmy Peele.

God says You are Welcome

I have been saying thank you to God a lot lately.
Last night "God says you are welcome" with this beautiful sunset.
Thanksgiving is my favorite Holiday.
It has been a very hard year and God has been good.
My son was living in Hawaii and they
found out he had cancer.
His brother saw him through 6 months of chemo and was
a great caregiver.
I was here praying for my son but unable to be with him.
God is good, he preserved my son for me.
John flew in from Hawaii yesterday and late yesterday we decided
to go to town to pick up some last minute things for Thanksgiving.
As we were traveling from home to Smithfield
we saw this
wonderful tribute
of God's goodness and mercy and grace.

My son John Boyette took this picture of a sunset in Johnston County
as we were driving to Smithfield.
What a miracle that statement is, that John is alive,
that he is here, that God is blessing us everyday
even when we don't see His sunsets.
